Hi, I’m Heather! I'm a CTA Certified Coach who finds joy in helping leaders unlock their full leadership potential and achieve meaningful success. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, I've called St. Louis home for the past 15 years. My professional journey has been anything but conventional, and I’m grateful for the diverse industries and roles that have shaped my perspective. From financial services to graphic design, information technology, and tech consulting, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside talented teams and partnering with senior leaders at the highest levels.

Over time, I discovered my true calling: coaching. Whether formally or informally, I’ve found fulfillment helping executives shift their perspectives, overcome challenges, and achieve balance in their busy lives. Whether during structured coaching sessions or in candid, reflective conversations, I work with leaders to refine their approach using professional training and proven strategies. My mission is to help you thrive both professionally and personally by embracing a mindful, purpose-driven mindset.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me immersed in the vibrant chaos of my household of seven, cheering on basketball and volleyball games, listening to my favorite meditations, or diving into a good book. I believe every day presents a new "kairos" (opportune) moment to grow and connect, a philosophy that informs every coaching conversation I have.
